Amid all the other projects I have going on, I decided I needed some new dishcloths for the summer. While watching TV last night, I crocheted two new dishcloths.
Neither one of these is fancy – just single crochet stitches. I can’t wait to start using them. Once you wash dishes with a crocheted, or knitted, dishcloth you just are not happy with any other kind.
I'm seeing quite a few handmade dishcloths in blogland. Hmmm, I might just have to try them. Thanks for the idea.
Love them! You are always crafting up something good! I especially like the one on the left; looks more complicated than you say...
I agree Susan but my aunt who always made a batch for me each Christmas died a number of years ago. I still have some of hers and a couple my mother made but my mother hates making them. Love your cheerful summer dishcloths!Hugs from Holland ~Heidi
My mom used to make these and gift them by the dozens! We've all put them away now since she's not making them anymore. Yours look great!!
