Amid all the other projects I have going on, I decided I needed some new dishcloths for the summer. While watching TV last night, I crocheted two new dishcloths.
Neither one of these is fancy – just single crochet stitches. I can’t wait to start using them. Once you wash dishes with a crocheted, or knitted, dishcloth you just are not happy with any other kind.

I'm seeing quite a few handmade dishcloths in blogland. Hmmm, I might just have to try them.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the idea.
Love them! You are always crafting up something good! I especially like the one on the left; looks more complicated than you say...
ReplyDeleteI agree Susan but my aunt who always made a batch for me each Christmas died a number of years ago. I still have some of hers and a couple my mother made but my mother hates making them.
ReplyDeleteLove your cheerful summer dishcloths!

My mom used to make these and gift them by the dozens! We've all put them away now since she's not making them anymore. Yours look great!!
